OCLI Vision Bushwick (Wyckoff) (NY Vision)

OCLI in Brooklyn is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. What truly stood out was the gentle care and incredible patience they showed with my grandma—it was so refreshing to see that level of kindness and attention nowadays. The entire experience, from start to finish, was easy, smooth, and honestly enjoyable for a doctor’s office. They made my grandma feel comfortable and cared for, which meant the world to me. If you’re looking for a place with skilled professionals who genuinely care about the people you love, I can’t recommend OCLI enough!

My mother came here to get an eye exam done. After the exam they told her she had a black spot in her eye and it could be caused by diabetes and she could potentially go blind. My mother was extremely worried however after getting another exam done elsewhere it turns out her eyes are fine. It seems unprofessional that a doctor could make such a big mistake and inform someone they might have a serious medical condition when it’s not true. They’re also incredibly over booked and we waited close to two hours for her appointment to be done. Overall an unprofessional place I’d go elsewhere.

The women who see you at the back are very unwelcoming. Since when do “doctors” not even introduce themselves or even greet you upon arriving.. they don’t even explain what procedures they’re providing. Well the one with the bright red as hair and another girl with short hair and glasses specifically. My boyfriend also had to make the doctor aware of the documents provided from another eye doctor for her to read. Had he not done that, she would’ve never taken a look at what my documents say! That tells me that they lack communication amongst each other. People need to be passionate in their careers instead of being present to collect a check!!!! I will not come back here and do not recommend. :)

the front desk is a 10/10! my eyes were in so much pain, and the front desk was able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment Yolanda who sits in the front desk did an exceptional job, and the girls in the back answered any questions i had regarding my appointment! i saw Dr. Schneider who did a phenomenal job helping me and my eyes had never felt better definitely would be coming back here, the staff will treat you so kind and will definitely leave you with a good impression

They are always overbooked. Waited there for 5 hours! All elder patients and making them sit there for hours. I explained my grandfather needed to eat and take medicine and the staff could care less. Find a different location *If you feel like your staff is so trained then stop over booking appointments and making people wait all day to see a doctor. Taking advantage of the elderly community. You all should be ashamed. Have you read the other reviews? Most say you staff is not great at all.
