OCLI Vision Tribeca (NY Vision)

This is the lousiest ophthalmologist I have ever seen in my life. I have been nearsighted since young age and always hoped when I undergo a cataract surgery, the replacement Lense could correct my vision so that I don't have to wear glasses anymore. However, this doctor screwed up the cataract surgery on my eye. He implanted a replacement Lense that is so out of whack in degree of power that left my eye seriously uncorrected and also required to wear eyeglasses the rest of my life. Before my cataract surgery I told him specifically I wanted to be able to drive cars without wearing glasses. Obviously by operating 28 patients on a single day, he can never remember my request, nor provide a quality service in the operation. I regret the rest of my life to have put my eye in the hands of such irresponsible and untrustworthy person.

My vision was getting worse due to cataracts over the last few years. NY Vision Group was recommended by my optometrist for the surgery. From the initial appointment through surgery on both eyes (painless) and follow-up, the entire experience has been wonderful. Dr Koster and the entire staff at the Murray Street location are great. Dr Koster took me through all my options, recommended the right lenses and the right surgery type. He and the team were tremendous. The office is clean and COVID protocols strictly adhered to. I now have the most amazing vision and feel like a whole new set of eyes. Wish I had done it sooner. Thank you Dr Koster and team.

The staff is always professional they greet you when you come in they explain everything to you everything there doing when assisting you .If your nerves they make you feel comfortable and they make sure you understand what's going on and there very patient with you Couldn't ask for a better eye place to go to

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with NY Vision Group! The office is clean, the staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had Lasik done here and was very nervous but thanks to Dr. Koster my procedure went great- quick and painless- and was able to see 20/20 the next day. Dr. Koster explained everything going on during the procedure and really put my mind at ease. I met with Dr. Pagano during my consult and for my follow up appointment and he was very personable and informative. I overall had a wonderful experience here and have recommended this practice to friends and family!
