Mar 02, 2024 · Ena WI don't understand the bad reviews. I've taken my child here for nearly 10 years to get glasses and more recently to get the eye exam, too. They've always been very nice and fair (and patient while my kid tried on 17 diff pairs of glasses lol) Why else would we have come back literally EVERY year? If they weren't GREAT, we'd just go somewhere else. I HIGHLY recommend OLIVOS OPTICIANS!
Aug 11, 2023 · M CWhat an amazing experience! Only downside was they didn’t take my HMO for the glasses. I had the contact exam done for $80 ,(other places where charging $180). DR. Consuelo was super warm , friendly and very informative. She did all extensive exams when she found out I had not gone to an eye dr in two years. I am very pleased and I got 3 monthly contact trails! Now I can have more choices of contacts to choose from!! Very pleased, def sticking to this place.

The optician there is really bad at her job and will ruin your glasses, don't take a pair of glasses that you love to this place. They are very biased on helping patients and will keep you waiting for a very long time. They messed up my glasses and claimed I came in with them, messed up !!!!! This practice does not deserve anyone's business. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The doctor is very nice but his staff should be replaced. I was shocked when I got my glasses back and I truly didn't like her dishonesty.
Jul 01, 2017 · Fashion DivaWent here a few years ago to get an eye exam. He refused to give me my prescription with the PD. I literally had to walk to another eye doctor to get the PD. It's a practice they use because they want you to buy glasses from them and only them. Just read an article that by LAW. Upon completion of an eye exam, they MUST give you the full prescription. No extra charge and no strings attached. It is your prescription. As per the Federal Trade Commission. For contact lenses they have to give it to you after a fitting. Look it up, bad practice. Take your business elsewhere.
