1.22.25 I came in for an 11:30 appointment with the Retinologist, Dr Irene Rusu. First after waiting about 35-40 minutes I met with tech Alexandra (friendly Colombian lady) who gave me a sonogram on the eyes & areas around them. She informed me that they have good circulation. Then I met with tech Carmen (short haired brunette lady), who gave me an eye exam & drops prior to seeing Dr Rusu. Then I met with tech Iris (long haired brunette lady) who tested my retina. After a brief wait in the lobby. I met with Retinologist Dr Irene Rusu (slender blonde lady) who performed a laser procedure on my retina which she said might help to stop the bleeding in my left eye. She said if it proved ineffective, then I would require an injection instead, which, would entail more risks. She was very nice & explained everything to my satisfaction. This facility is very well staffed with very knowledgable & courteous people. I also got the impression, as this was my 2nd visit, that they all enjoy doing their jobs & really care about the welfare of the clientele. I'm glad I found this place & I would totally recommend it to anyone seeking eyecare.

Jan 23, 2025 · Juan MarcanoThe office is convenient to get to but parking is difficult. There is municipal parking but it’s about $7.00 for the first hour. The staff are friendly and polite. Dr Aliprandis is pleasant, concise but thorough. He’s great. The major problem is the WAIT. The last time was just over an hour and half. Quite frankly it has never been less than an hour wait for me. I usually get appointments between 11:00am and 2:00pm because I have to travel. Maybe that’s the issue. I value my eyes and I trust Dr Aliprandis and I will continue to go .

I have been his patient for several years and recently had cataract surgery. It was successful, and he made it as easy as possible. The entire office staff is friendly and courteous.
Nov 22, 2024 · Jan MayrickDr. Allaprandis is a very good doctor. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. His staff is also quite good. My only negative is the waiting time as the earliest I’ve ever been seen Is a half hour after my appointment. Other than that, it’s always a good experience
