Had a headache from glasses that I bought online and from out of the country and needed to have them adjusted. Went to one place in Jackson heights and they wouldn't touch them. Found Optic Masters III—and after letting me know, that they're not responsible for damaging frames. I chose to accept that possibility and after a few minutes of heating and manipulating the frames. The optician had my glasses fitting right and no longer causing me any pain. Excellent service! Thank you very much.

I’ve been giving different answers like “My glasses are from china the screw we don’t have” also They claim it takes two day just to put screws that are from the legs and frame. Customer Service seems to lack even after I’ve been purchases of hundreds of dollars. Don’t spend your money here online website offer better prices. The frames you will buy here will always be overcharged by a couple hundred. 0/5
