Dec 02, 2022 · Carol MorrisonIf I could give this place a zero review, I would. One star even seems too generous. Mark is a horrible human being and a horrible business man. I don’t know how he’s still in business. He does not know how to to his job! My grandmother spent two months without glasses because he couldn’t get the prescription correct and would not deal with the insurance himself. We had to get involved and call the insurance just to find out it was Mark who was holding up the entire process. All Mark cares about is a check. He expected to get paid even though we had no product after he continued to mess them up! We finally said enoughs enough and took the glasses somewhere else. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! There are hundreds of other optometrists in Brooklyn and you’re better off going to any of those before you go to this one.

The doctor gave me the most thorough (and honest) eye exam I've ever had and helped with giving the right prescription. Mark was really helpful in finding eyeglasses and making sure I stayed within my budget. I strongly recommend a visit.

Marc the Optician will help you select glasses that you love and will follow up with terrific customer service. There is no place better. I highly, highly recommended them!!
