Customer service: 5 for wait time and friendly. Professionalism: 4 Facility: 5 for cleanliness, nice looking and hygienic. Selection: 4 cheap and expensive frame options and contact lenses. Affordability: 4 Year of being a customer: 2012-2024 (every two years for glasses and as needed for contacts). I have been coming here since I was 12 or 13 years old (2013), their services are decent for basic farsighted eyes treatment and eyes glasses prescription. I started choosing basic essential add-ons for eyes glasses when I was 18; I love the affordability and great selection of eyes glasses; started to choose the best lenses and upgrade that I could get at the age of 19-20—the thinner lenses, transition lenses, anti scratch, the best of the best—still somewhat affordable $300-400 below. At age 21, I started to choose the premium brand selection frame with all the best of the best features I can add-on—still a reasonable price. At age 22, I started to wear prescribe contact lenses along with eye glasses, first time wearer for 6month supply—daily disposable-excellent experience-a bit costly but worth it; got my contact lens prescription refill but this time 2week disposable supply with transition for another 6month this time cheaper it was—similar excellent experience, 6month past another prescription refill but for 1year supply. Had some issues with the vendor, have to go back and forth to resolve the issue; from the supplier to the original manufacturer and to the store itself.

Oct 22, 2024 · Yuong Huao Ng LiangLove Dr. Cheung. He's kind and respectful and thorough. Been going to him since I was in college downtown and now my kids and I go to him. Never a long wait time. Post pandemic, we always make an appointment to ensure the timing. Great selection of glasses for adults and kids and have many affordable prices. I've gotten so much compliments on my glasses and my kids glasses from there.
