Excellent appointment doctor took his time with me. Very pleasant I received a text asking me to arrive 15 .minutes before appointment. My appointment was 9:00. No one arrived until 9:05. Not good for business.

I should have read all the negative reviews on wait times before making my appointment. I don't think the staff nor doctors here really understand the concept of an appointment. If you have the audacity to ask why the Doctor is like more than 30 minutes late for the appointment time they made to see you at, they give you the same lame one hundred and one excuses that late people always seem to have. They act like they're running a walk-in clinic with no predictability on how many patients are going to show up per the hour. An ophthalmologist knows the maximum amount of time they have ever taken to see a patient, and they don't schedule their day accordingly simply because they want to earn more for that day. Like any other business, they can get away with it as long as customers are willing to pay for them to treat patients' time like it's worthless.

Staff is polite. I came an hour early for my 4:30 appointment and still had to wait past 4:30. Person in the other room who does glasses was on a personal phone call while she was seeing me which was unprofessional. Update: wait time is horrendous and I think hygiene practices don’t exist here. Two people touched my eye area without and gloves or sanitizing their hands.

What a wonderful experience. Dr was so kind and pleasant .Very clear and thorough in explaining everything . I have white coat syndrome and i did very well in his presence.

I made a Monday 11:30 a.m. appointment three weeks in advance. Each front-line staff member I communicated with was polite and as helpful as possible under the circumstances. If you have nothing better to do than spend some unknowable amount of time waiting for the doctor, then this is the place for you. If you value your time at all, avoid this location. I arrived twenty minutes early, but was not able to enter the check in space because it was overcrowded. I went around to what I guess is their eyeglasses shop and (after a brief wait for her to pause her personal phone call) was informed by the employee that all the people in the waiting room were scheduled ahead of me. I asked how long before I could be seen and was told one to two hours. I left the space and called the check-in desk to confirm my appointment. The employee confirmed the 11:30 a.m. appointment, but nonetheless said she did not know when I would be seen, but that it would be at least forty minutes. I expected this appointment to take a maximum of one hour, and had subsequent work meetings scheduled that I could not rearrange, so I canceled the appointment. An appointment is “an arrangement for a meeting,” not an arrangement to wait some indefinite amount of time to meet. See Merriam-Webster. Based on the dark and dingy waiting room’s overflowing capacity, it is very clear that management has made an intentional choice to relegate their patients’ schedules and commitments in favor of overscheduling in a manner they could not possibly keep up with. (Why would they do such a thing? To make more money.) If this business does not respect their patients enough to treat their time as at-least somewhat important, then where else does this business cut corners?
