This is a very nice place and all of the employees are nice except for one. She is very rude and I’m talking about (Dr.Ruth) very disrespectful. Her tone is very disrespectful and she said “Put your mask on I don’t want to get sick from you” and that’s not something bad to say it was just her tone. Might I add she refused to service my family because I took off my mask for the one minute and I wasn’t talking she made a big thing about it wasn’t that deep. She’s just rude. To “Dr.” Ruth, do better.

The staff did the best that they could due to the circumstances. I went to this eye doctor place today with my sister. Her appointment was set for 4 PM and we did not get seen until 630. There were so many people waiting to be seen and there clearly wasn’t enough staff. The workers were very kind and consistently coming to notify the waiting room That they were a little backed up but they were still going to see every patient so my issue isn’t with them. It is mostly an establishment issue. I didn’t even have anywhere to sit during these two hours. Whoever runs this business clearly needs to hire more people or direct patients to their other location because it was complete chaos. They seriously need to look into hiring more helpers but again thank you to the staff that showed up and kept pushing through. You could tell that these ladies were exhausted, but they kept their cool.The experience that I had today was completely unacceptable and I expect this establishment to do better.
