Nicole sent us wonderful glasses for our foster son, who has special needs and therefore facial features that make it hard to find frames that fit. She gave wonderful advice on how to get my 3 year old to keep her glasses on. She sent a booklist about kids with glasses to help my daughter adjust. She took measurements and did a custom fit when the glasses arrived. Highly recommend.

It amazed me how she was able to answer all my questions and concerns, while at the same time had my son smiling the entire time.
