Pearle Vision

A wonderful visit to Pearl Vision for my first pair of glasses (after 60+ years). Dr. Fu is very friendly, professional and wants to help his patients. Ethan was very friendly and helpful in recommending frames and processing the insurance paperwork.

Dr Fu was great. Great communication skills and very attentive and pleasant. Ethan was great in helping me with my new glasses. Very positive experience with the both of them.

Dr. Was very kind when examining and very clear when explaining the healt of my eyes. However, the technician who treat me was in a hurry and had a little patience. The people who helped me at the front desk were very friendly.

I liked the appearance of the office and its layout. The personnel were welcoming and accommodating. That was really great. Undoubtedly, I was processed efficiently and thoroughly. I didn't perceive that any corners were cut. Dr. Papaiya seemed knowledgeable and confident. I felt like overall this was the best eye exam I had ever had. He answered my questions patiently and I was satisfied. The staff was very pleasant. I expected a treadmill experience from a franchise branch. But I experienced was personal, patient, and expert treatment. I got my glasses within the time frame I had been given. Then I went to the office with my old glasses frame, turned them in and waited for just over an hour before walking out with the new lenses in them. This was a refreshingly different, relaxing, and comforting experience. I am committed to being a return client.

This is my 2nd appointment with Dr. Papaiya. He was extremely nice and took my input into account (I wanted to keep my glasses and contacts prescriptions consistent between each other and also on the lighter side if possible). The other staff, including eye techs, opticians, and reception, were very knowledgeable and took time to explain any questions with kindness. Highly recommend!
