Great experience! I went in on a Monday around 3pm and picked out some Prada glasses. Doug recommended and demonstrated the blue light feature since I work in front of a screen all day. By Tuesday lunch time I had a call that my glasses were ready for pick up. He made sure measurements were accurate and everything was A1! Thank you Doug for being so friendly and kind! Now I know why this place has received the 5 star reviews I have read - they most certainly deserve it. Both are so friendly, knowledgeable and make the experience FUN! We needed glasses before my son went back to college. I don’t know how Doug pulled this off over a holiday weekend, but we received his glasses before he left for college!! I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return here for all my glasses in the future. Thank you both!!!

I was able to find a replacement arm but was unable to install it because the inner spring mechanism of the arm did not allow me to align the holes. I had already given up on it when I found Precision Vision. They were very friendly, helpful and installed the replacement arm for me the same day. This saved my glasses! Super happy with the results. They won my business. Will be going back for any future eyeglasses needs. Thank you for your help!
