He also was clear about wanting to see me for a follow up. I never felt he was in a hurry to get to the next patient, nor that he didn't take my concerns seriously. I recommend him very highly. I was also very thankful to the staff for squeezing me in to a tight schedule on a day when one of the doctors was out.

All employees polite and professional.The doctor and staff were efficient, informative and pleasant to talk with. The wait being over half an hour is the ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars. To be honest it is something I also experienced with previous ophthalmologist which was not quite as good as here.

The 2 Technicians in the Exam room was very courteous in taking care of me (in my mind, I was thinking: Are these employees really nice just for today?) but it turned out that these people are very friendly. Dr. Jalaj was very thorough in the examination of my eyes, and in his careful wording of informing me of his findings, I didn’t feel scared but understood! I’ve made my next appointment to continue with his Next Steps for my eyes…Thank you Dr. Jalaj!🙏
