I was recommended by the emergency room who insisted I needed to see them right away (emergency). I called before going to ensure they could see me which they booked my appointment with a Dr. who was either extremely booked or extremely slow. All of these responses to the reviews and apologies and after what it seems like to be months . No one has fixed the real issue.

This is completely unacceptable. Patients’ time is just as valuable, yet we’re expected to wait indefinitely for a service we’ve already paid for. This lack of respect and professionalism is incredibly disappointing.
