I was given the run around, for the last 4 weeks, trying to help my 87 year old uncle get his eye prescription filled. He tried unsuccessfully, and eventually, surrendered nonsense and mismanagement of the office staff. For sure, I thought, I could help him, however, I was mistaken. I am baffled in terms of the lack medical professionalism, miscommunication and outright lies concerning dates, times, who, what, when, where and why. Over a period of time, I became frustrated with the office staff taking messages and never returning calls. So, I tried to expedite the delivery by contacting "blinkrx" (provider) only to find out that they faxed the Clifton office Nov. 5th and were waiting for a response, (2 weeks later) The Clifton office staff continued to misrepresent the truth by providing me with more delivery dates and times. Of course, he received no deliveries or even a follow-up phone call. My uncle retired from the United States Postal Service, he never missed a day of work during his 35 year journey. The lack of respect and disregard for his vision is mind-boggling. Shame, shame, shame.

We were told upon arrival that the doctor would not see us without masks. So although we really like Silverstein we will not return. Time to get with the times.
Apr 13, 2023 · Heidi RoseI chose this doctor because he had good rates. It was mistake. Never again! . I was waiting over 1 hour in waiting room as doctor came 1 hour late this morning. Finally a nurse showed me a room where she did basic checkup of my eyes. After that I was waiting another 30 minutes for the doctor! I decided to quit. A nurse asked me to stay. The doctor showed up in 1 minute. He checked my eyes in another 5 minutes and issued a prescription for glasses. I had to pay $50 for the prescription. I do not know another doctor who takes additional money just for the prescription. I decided to never visit this doctor again. Overall the nurses and reception people are very nice and friendly. If I could, I would give the doctor zero points.
