Dr. Evelyn is an excellent doctor who is very thorough. She takes the time to explain your condition and answer any questions you may have, ensuring that you are well-informed and involved in the planning of your care and treatment provided by her and her office.

This doctors office has no black people working there weird. DrEvelyn don't take my insurance any more , why I dont know. You don't have any privacy when you speak to the 2 Hispanic ladies at the front desk. They ask your name and date of birth etc in front of all their patients. I have been going there since DrYem was there ,he was su h a nice Doctor! I saw Edward Rubinchik before I didn't like him he came across as a racist. Sorry I'm just been truthful. They earn 1Star

Had a great first visit with Dr. Evelyn Icasiano. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. Dr. Icasiano was very knowledgeable and was warm and friendly. I had several tests done and they were all done quickly and efficiently. I was out in about an hour, compared with my previous experience in the faculty practice at a hospital when it took about three hours as I waited between tests.

They are scammer an rude. I had made an appointment with them to get a certain percidure I ask her three time do they do a certain percidure an do my insurance cover it they keep telling me yes an talking to me about it.then the call me to remind me about my appointment she seem to have an attitude I was going to ask why you talking to me like that.when I got there the nurse wasn't welcoming kind made it uncomfortable for me the nurse told me to put my stuff down on the chair an come sit on the next chair while I was taking off my game which only look two seconds she repeated three times for me to sit on the next chair I told her I heard you u don't have to keep repeating your self it only been 2 seconds then when I saw the doctor he told me the don't do that percidure he don't know why someone told me that.so they gave me an exam for no reason just for my money.

My mother was referred here by another doctors office and seen Dr. Battu. We went in to book for cataract surgery and he informed us we needed to have a specific lens that is not covered by insurance. The way he mentioned this lens made us feel as though my mother needed this lens. The cost quoted was more then my mother could afford so we went and got a second opinion. We found out that she didn't need this lens she can do standard surgery and have the same results. I do not feel comfortable with this doctor trying to push us to pay for something that would have made 0 impact on her vision. I Will not be taking my mother there again.
