Sep 01, 2022 · Thes LinaI will never come back i saw 2 strars and still go back to this place ,i called 3 weeks ago because my kid fall down and lost his glasses ,the nasty lady who answer my phone with very bad attitud told me she forgot to place the oder with high voice, when i told her my 10 year old has to wait onther two weeks without been able to see well at school ,she jumbed on me ,telling me it human error dont gave me headack iam the only one working here ,so you got no choice but to wait ,after this i will never go to this place ,look how many stars they and you know how racist nasty people are they stay away from this nightmare place to many places with good service around

She said “this is a terrible time to call and ask me questions when I have a customer in front of me, you shouldn’t be calling here to ask questions”. I told her to have a good day and hung up.

Nov 15, 2023 · Craig BartThis place is a rip off charging $146 to fit for contacts on top of paying for the eye exam then if you get a prescription for glasses 👓 you can’t get the distance needed to purchase glasses at another location! So you are virtually paying for an eye exam and can’t get the proper prescription for glasses! This has to be illegal do not waste your time with greedy doctors like this!!
