This was by far the best experience I had with eye exam. Dr Sean Fein was so pleasant, and professional. I hope I always get to see him when I come for my appointments. Every single member of his team I interacted with was kind and welcoming. What a great experience!

It was a quick and easy process. I needed an eye exam and new prescription because I lost my glasses. Everyone that I interacted with was very professional and pleasant.

Dr. Fein and the rest of his team here are amazing! It’s easy to get an appointment and everyone is very attentive. He’s very kind and takes his time explaining the different tests/exams they run and the results. He not only helped me with regular eye exams/contact lens fittings, he also helped treat my torn cornea with regular check-ups. Highly recommend!

I visited this place after confirming with my insurance that they were in-network. At check-in, I was told my out-of-pocket cost would be $75 total—$20 for the co-pay and $55 for the eye exam. I asked for confirmation several times that this would be my only payment, and they assured me it was. The check-up itself was quick, about 15-20 minutes, but afterward, I was unexpectedly told I needed to pay an additional $131 because one of my eyes had astigmatism and required a “premium” check-up. This was never mentioned at check-in, and if I had known, I wouldn’t have stayed. When I questioned the sudden price increase, Dr. Fein, who had been polite during the check-up, became rude and dismissive, which was disappointing. After expressing my concerns, they eventually voided $111 of the extra charge, though they kept the original $20 co-pay, which was acceptable. Overall, I didn’t find the staff particularly friendly or the facility as clean as described in other reviews. For future reference, any potential additional charges should be clearly explained to patients at check-in to avoid misunderstandings after the exam.

Dr. Fein gave me the most thorough vision exam I’ve ever had. He is dedicated, exacting and a pleasure to work with. The result was, when I put on my new glasses, it didn’t feel like I was wearing glasses it just felt like the world became clearer. I am extremely grateful.
