I took my daughter here and she was previously seen by Dr D the staff was amazing and very helpful in helping my daughter pick her first pair of glasses. This time around she didn’t have to see Dr D but was assisted by Anixa and she was great and helped my daughter upgrade her glasses. She took her time in helping my daughter finding the perfect frames. we highly recommend and glad we came back!

Dr. D and Anixa treated me with great kindness and care! Dr. D took the time to walk me through my prescription and how to care for me eyes, anixa was accommodating and made sure I understood all of the necessary steps while in their office. Overall the office was clean and workers were kind, I’d definitely recommend this office!

Charged me a $35 copay to write out the prescription when my insurance covers everything. Was holding the prescription numbers hostage and I couldn’t say no because they already did the exam and I only get one exam a year. Theifs. Insurance tried to call twice about copay they picked up phone then hung up immediately.

Walked in and was ignored at the front desk for an extended period of time until i had to shout something to one of the employees that i needed help??? The waiting rooms interior design looks like it was done by an 18 year old boy just a stripped dry eye sore covering me in a tacky film of negative class. What a way to feel before getting my eyes checked!! Then i get called in and i’m getting touched on my face when receiving my checkup which was the only upside gentle touching was on par. Not enough touching to peel the film off though was it? Yea.. bathroom also was disgusting and clogged.. woah.. great..

Anixa was very helpful figuring out my insurance and what was my coverage. Dr D, was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining my prescription and why I was having issues w my previous contact lenses. Would def recommend to anyone wanting a great experience.
