Got to say I've been going to them for years and decent service and took my insurance. This year they took nothing off of glasses with the insurance I even brought my own frames and the women behind the counter was pestering me to buy one of hers. I stood my ground but this year they charged me 650 dollars for just lenses!!! Honestly I can barely tell the difference on and off with them smh. Normally I pay 200 to 300 tops with new frames and it drops lower once the insurance covers some. On top of that the doctor doing the exam was just rude. The star goes to the guy that did the initial testing he was nice but it will be the last time I go there hope anyone that sees this avoids these overpriced pushers!

She spent over 40 minutes with me trying on different frames and lenses, and I have the best glasses I ever had. I will recommend their store to everyone so they can experience the warmth and friendly service that make customers happy

Nov 06, 2024 · Noah TurnerAttentive and very helpful. They took my insurance and helped me find frames I loved. Unfortunately, the exam area isn't really wheelchair accessible. Very small. This seemed to be an issue with several of the eye places in the mall. So, I had to go elsewhere and say goodbye to the frames I so loved. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.
