A very phenomenal experience & extremely satisfied with my new glasses!! Everything was so smooth and fast , got my eye examine done. I decided to go with 2 pair of glasses!! They have a lot to choose from, I got everything I was looking for! Everyone there were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you come by and visit them. I know I’ll be back soon for a new pair !

I had a great experience as a first time customer. The ladies greeted me and helped take my insurance information and were super helpful. I saw Dr. Paul he was very friendly welcoming and professional. They don't have an overwhelming selection of frames so it made choosing new ones easier for me.

I have a very high/tricky prescription and have had issues getting glasses to meet my needs. I am very happy to have found this optical and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. They are always able to accommodate me and get me exactly what I need. The service is incredible and they will take whatever time needed to get you exactly what you need. Reasonable prices and excellent selection of frames. Quick turnaround. Highly recommend.

I don’t often write reviews, but Sterling Optical is truly a gem in the eyeglasses world on Staten Island. I visited them for a repair on my ten-year-old glasses that had recently broken. Although I knew they did repairs, I was hesitant to buy a new pair since I had grown so attached to my old ones. From the moment I walked in, Renata and Lauren welcomed me like family. We were laughing and talking and I was instantly put at ease. I was impressed by their selection of glasses and appreciated their patience as I tried on different styles. Their honest opinions made me feel comfortable in my decision making. I couldn’t believe how quickly I chose my new pair! I know it wouldn’t have gone as smoothly anywhere else. Getting my new prescription was also a breeze. They handled everything on their end and ensured I received my glasses as soon as possible.
