Mar 18, 2025 · Austin KimAdam is amazing! I came in the store for a new pair of prescription glasses and Adam brought me 6-8 pairs to try on. They all fit pretty well and I was able to finalize my purchase in 10 minutes. Adam looked up my insurance and offered a good discount.

They were even "occupationals" that helped me work, relax and look better than my old progressives ever did. Dr. Klibanoff made it all possible. A month later, I lost the glasses! And when I tracked them down, someone had sat on them and they were the saddest pile of twisted wire and glass you've ever seen, which of course, I couldn't. Mike was sympathetic, but more important -- he was a problem solver. He had replacement frames on the shelf(!) and switched the lenses, found ways to save me money with the lens warranty and other smart options, and gave me a hard case so the next time I lose my glasses, it won't be a tragedy. I was able to walk out of the store in less than half an hour better than ever! Moral of the story -- Studio Optix is a great place to start, but an even better place to go back for help if you want the best from your glasses, but your life interferes. Thanks

I no longer work in NYC, but will literally travel an hour from NJ for my annual eye appointment. Everyone is friendly - everything is run and done super efficiently - you don't wait - ever. It's 5 star experience every time I am here.
