Very disappointed in my experience. The staff was excellent and I do not have any complaints about them. The company is forcing additional services that is not covered by insurance and charging patients telling them it’s mandatory. Dilation is no longer offered at their locations, why should a patient have to pay for optional services? Last I checked, dilation was not mandatory. They took advantage of my wife by telling her it was routine and handing her a bill andter and tried the same with me. I had to discontinue the appointment and walk out because of the company’s poor practices.

I love the prescription I was given here so much that every eye exam I’ve had at other offices just don’t cut it for me anymore. I moved an hour away and I am willing to travel the distance just to see Dr. Robinson.
Aug 25, 2023 · Ana JimenezMy wife and I will not be going back here. I've only seen one of the eye doctors (Robinson) and he is ok. He is nice, open to questions, and seems thorough. The only issue I had with him was he was really pushing hard for me to buy one-day, disposable, contact lenses vs. the two week disposables that I have used for years. I believe this was financially motivated as the one day are extremely expensive comparatively. Now, the reason we won't go back is because of the women that work the front desk. They are the most unhappy and rudest people. The customer service is horrible, I'm surprised the management at this office has not noticed and changed this. They don't treat people nicely, they are not thoughtful from a customer service perspective, and create a very unpleasant environment. Ever time I have been there, I leave in a bad mood because of their horrible mojo. There are so many eye docs to choose from, these guys aren't so good I can look past poor customer service.
Jan 12, 2019 · D AizenI had to take an emergency phone call while speaking to Dr. Robinson and he went ballistic on me, yelling at me and using profanity. He did this in the waiting area of his office while people were waiting, others were shopping for glasses. Told me to leave his office and take my chart with me. I have never seen a professional clinician behave in this manner. I understand this was rude and I attempted to apologize and explain, he would not even listen. His behavior was inappropriate, inexcusable and highly unprofessional. My belief is Dr. Robinson has some serious anger management issues. I would recommend never seeing this clinician!!
Sep 28, 2020 · Eric LeutholdLikely better options out there for eye exams. As others had posted earlier the front desk isnt very helpful, with attitude sprinkled in. During my exam I was also left sitting in a room for a half an hour, while the place had literally no other patients there. On top of that I was charged a contact lense evaluation fee, where all I needed was for the same lense prescription to be extended for 1 more year. Not going back here again.
