The Lens Center

This isn’t my first time using the Lens Center, and each time I’ve been blown away by the service, selection and pricing! This is the second time I’ve been helped by Baruch he’s been super helpful, friendly, and patient while I decided on the perfect frame(s)- and I could tell he knows his stuff. I was impressed by their large beautiful store, as well as their huge variety of frames in every style and budget. The accessory kit adds a nice touch to a wonderful experience! Will be back !

Highly recommended! The store is beautiful. The staff was courteous and so helpful. They were so patient while I chose frames and their suggestions were spot on. The glasses I ordered were ready same day! Thank you to the staff! I'll be back!

UPDATE TO MY INITIAL REVIEW: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Soon after posting I received a call from Management apologizing, attempting to determine where the Rep failed, etc. Anyway, I was encouraged to come in, ask for the executive, who would then match me with someone who could help me best. Very impressive!! And I’m very grateful for the EXCELLENT customer service. The Lens Center has just gone to 4+ Stars for me. Once I’ve returned, I’m confident I’ll be able to wholeheartedly give the company 5 stars. If you have your own (expensive) frames and want Lens Center to use them to fill a new prescription, consider going somewhere else. Although Joe was amazing and got my fairly complicated progressive lenses prescription right the first time, Lens Center Customer Service was non-existent. When I spend $650 on glasses, I expect some individual attention when picking them up. And if I say the glasses need to be adjusted and don’t sit right—on my ears or the table—I expect to be taken seriously and helped rather than getting half an adjustment that doesn’t even include the guy feeling how the glasses sit on my ears. Instead of having my issues addressed I was summarily dismissed (clearly I hadn’t spent enough money by this guy’s standards) so that he could move on to the person standing behind me. Now I’m home. And the glasses don’t sit or fit right. Joy. I get to go back and make sure someone other than this particular guy helps me. Oh, and to all those reviewers who received their glasses on time, how nice for you. Not only wasn’t I called when promised, I had to call a couple of weeks later to follow up only to be told I could “pick them up today.” No sooner did I hang up the phone than I received a text alerting me to the fact that my glasses were ready. A beautiful facility and huge array of frames and services are amazing qualities, but without solid, consistent customer service it’s all worthless.

Beautiful glasses store that meets all your eyewear needs. They have the biggest selection of glasses and definitely the biggest store in Boro Park. It’s beautifully set up, spacious and clean. They offer a variety of services, including the most brilliant glasses cleaning machine. They readjust your glasses, free of charge. Everyone is extremely helpful, patient and just so nice. I forgot the name of the person that helped me today, but he kept saying that whenever I need adjustments or have any questions, I should just walk in and ask for help. They always give you a monogrammed kit to fix your glasses, which includes things like a small screwdriver, mist bottle and a cleaning cloth. The customer service is extremely commendable. It’s worth going here because of the fantastic service. They’re extremely patient with young kids and help fit glasses to your face perfectly. It’s really a fantastic place.
