I just got my contact lenses and found out that each box is sold online for $80, but I paid $200 for coverage plus another $34—totally crazy. They also had me sign a no-refund consent form, which clearly means they knew this was going to happen. On top of that, they pushed me to switch to daily contacts so they could make more money, even though I usually wear monthly ones.

Took me in at short notice and now awaiting delivery of my new frames, and if everything goes well, I'll definitely recommend to my friends and family. They have a great selection of glasses and the atmosphere is wonderful. And, as an immunocompromised patient that wears a mask, they were incredibly accommodating to me masking throughout the appointment. I'll definitely be back!
