Everyone is super friendly, they have a lot of different styles to choose from. They will work with your budget. I'm very happy with my experience from start to finish. The doctor and sales team were very patient with any questions that I had, I will be coming back again and will recommend my friends as well.

Pleasant experience all around, doctor and staff are very accommodating. They will work with you. Reasonable prices and good selections, and they always have new styles every other week. Only one I go to in Brooklyn

Like many others I also experienced rudeness from the staff. I was trying to get a prescription and replace the scratched lens of my eye glasses, but the staff seem no interest in helping me. She was in a hurry to get off work (she even said it out loud and passed me to another staff), but before she did that she was being unfriendly and impatient to me the whole time. I get if she wanted to leave work but she made it seem like i was the one holding her. Terrible. The other staff was better but didnt explain things clearly.

The staff are professional and knowledgeable. They explained every product to me patiently. I am their customer for years, and it is the best optical I have ever been to. Highly recommend.

It's a shame you have staff like that, it's only a matter of time before your shop closes down！！Came here for replace my scratched lens of my eyeglasses , I was greeted very rudely! She was being unfriendly and impatient to me. It’s awful . Do not go to this store! I will never come back！
