James and the staff are very friendly; my spouse and I have never had any problems. James is not one to rush you thru the appt and makes it a point to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. You feel very comfortable when you walk in till you leave. Their help is so personal, like you are the most important patient they have, and they give this quality of care to each one that comes walking in the door. Thanks, James and Team! Not only I was in and out quickly, James even went above and beyond to walk me through my insurance coverage and offered a discount so I don't have to pay anything out of pocket. I would give this place 100 stars if I could, highly highly recommend!

I felt at ease throughout the entire process and not once pressured or coerced into buy something I was not prepared for. They found an option that works well for me and my insurance coverage and treated me with kindness and friendliness the entire time. A true blessing to find on the island and especially during this time when covid is ending.

I have been going to him for several years and am very happy with the quality of frames and lenses he sells. He also has a big selection of beautiful eyeglass frames. Vision Gallery is the best!
