I had an outstanding experience at Vision on Park, and I can’t recommend Dr. Rana and her incredible staff enough! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Rana took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and provided excellent recommendations tailored to my needs. Her expertise and attention to detail truly made me feel at ease. The staff at Vision on Park is also exceptional — everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure a smooth and comfortable visit. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made my eye exam both efficient and thorough. I left feeling confident about my eye health and grateful for such a positive experience. Fantastic Experience at Vision on Park. We had an excellent visit for both my children’s eye exam! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Tejal Rana was amazing with both my children especially our little one—patient, professional, and great at explaining everything making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend Dr. Rana and Vision on Park for any parents looking for a top-notch eye doctor for their kids!

I went to Dr. Rana as my last option after I was diagnosed with Post Lasik Ectasia. I was wearing painful sclerals for nearly 6 months frustrated everyday and just getting through work then coming home and not being able spend time with my family. I got fitted with Eye Print Pro and a week later I am sitting up writing this review as I put my 3 year old to bed. Dr. Rana may be an eye doctor but for all intents and purposes she has saved my life. Her expertise and advice are worth every penny and her staff, Mariann and crew are amazing as well. A million thank you’s.

I left this office with a smile on my face for two reasons 1) Dr Rana is fabulous- patiently answered my barrage of questions while spending so much time with me to make me feel.comfortable with the options of moving to sceral lenses, most professional Dr I've seen in some time. 2) while the office was busy (a good sign) the staff were funny, caring and charismatic. I was looking for some proper custom care for my lenses and I feel confident I'll get it here.

Truly one of the BEST customer service experiences I've ever had. I have a concussion and my old glasses were a bit broken, so have had to wear prescription sunglasses for months. I came in inquiring if they knew how to fix my nosepads and or alter the metal part of the nosepads a bit... and the lady (colored hair, always in a ponytail) went right at it and performed glasses-surgery, and put on new nosepads. Her colleague (blonde hair, always short (don't ask why I know these things :P - they were very friendly and told me things about their hair)) was very friendly as well. In sum they fixed my glasses and allowed me to experience REGULAR sight rather than having to wear prescription sunglasses in lieu of real glasses. And they were very, very nice the entire time. I am so grateful. I highly recommend this place just based on the staff alone. !!!
