Vision World

It’s my second time getting my eyesight checked at Vision World! Great doctor, very attentive and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. They have wide choice of classic and trendy glasses. Pleasant stuff! Just got my new cute glasses. Now I can finally read comfortably!

I can’t say enough positive things about the Vision World and their attention to detail their customer service and their craftsmanship. I am a middle aged commercial airline pilot and I use progressive lenses on the job for flying and off the job for reading, driving and using my computer. I wanted a second pair that had a tint to be used in sunny situations in the cockpit. However, I did not want it to be too dark at the bottom of the lens where my near and mid vision would be, this is especially helpful to see the instruments on the aircraft panel. Felix and his team clearly understood what I needed, and they told me they would be able to accommodate me. I’ve been to other places where they just tell me flat out what I am requesting is impossible, but not at vision world, they go the extra mile to get you what you need. They perfectly in-house dipped and tinted the glasses exactly to what I needed. Also, you may know that making progressive lenses is more difficult than making regular lenses and getting the positions of the distant near and mid range in the right place is very important. In both my pairs of glasses, the tinted and non tinted, they did exactly what I needed. Thank you vision world for a job well done. I’ll be a repeat customer for life.

Great experience at this vision outlet. Needed to get my eye exam done and get reading and just regular glasses. Got the reading ones with insurance and paid a great price for amazing lenses, progressive, non glare, the whole works. Super friendly staff and waiting times are quite descent compared with other places. Thanks for your help guys! Love my glasses!!!

The women there are nice but trying to make an appointment is annoying. I was put on hold twice for more than 3 minutes and then it would hang up. I could still hear them in the background. Edit: It's a much seamless service! Will continue to go!
