Visionworks Doctors of Optometry

Came here for the first time today. Booked my appointment because of some eye redness, I put it through my vision insurance and after being checked by Dr. Jones she had seen some concerns with my tear ducts. Dr Jones was super professional but also attentive and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. She explained to me that we had to put the visit through my health insurance instead of my vision plan. The front desk team handled changing the billing and the whole process was extremely easy and handled professionally. Very glad to have booked with them and to now be established at this Visionworks!

Very good and fast efficient service. Our daughter needed special high power glasses and Vision Works helped us to get the right glasses we wanted . They also explained to us the various options we had. Thank you and keep up the good service

Absolutely love this branch!! Took my mom for a long overdue visit and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive care and patience that’s practiced in this office. Debbie was so patient with my mom considering her English isn’t all that well and Nicole was very knowledgeable when it came to picking out glasses and was full of smiles. My favorite part was our experience with the doctor. Doctor Elgabroni was a SUPERSTAR. I was so shocked at how delicate, caring, and patient he was considering he probably sees 20-30 patients a day if not more. He went above and beyond and we really appreciated it. 10/10 and will definitely be coming again for all future eye exams! :)

After the past not so great experiences here I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dayanara during my recent visit, and I must say she was an absolute standout. Compared to what I'm typically used to, her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude made the entire experience so much better. She was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It's rare to come across such exceptional customer service, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. I highly recommend Dayanara and will definitely be coming back because of her!

Everything was amazing ! From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I had a great overall experience. The ladies at the front make you feel seen and welcomed even if they're busy with others. The pre examination before seeing the doctor is well planned and throughly explained. They explain to you what every machine does and are patient with you. After seeing Dr Jones, who is now my favorite eye doctor, I felt more confident then ever before with my vision. She's patient, caring, understanding, welcoming and extremely professional! I'm so glad to have found her ! After my exam , the ladies in the front, more specifically Cynthia, were once again patient and professional as they explained to me how my insurance covers things and what I was able to get within my budget. In the past I was mis-diagnosed with astigmatism. For years by eyes have been through brutal stress looking through lenses that weren’t meant for me. After walking out of the office I felt like a new man. Not only was my vision clearer then before but the service was above and beyond leaving my eyes calm and stress free . Thank you to the all the ladies that worked there that Tuesday afternoon !
