RUDE OFFICE EMPLOYEES-The person that picked up the phone was rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. There was no greeting when she picked up and she continued being rude after she picked up. Then she transferred me to someone else that was rude too and hang up the phone. When I asked for the name of the first person, they hang up on me. Thank God I dint need glasses, even if I did, I would NEVER go to this office as people working there need to work on their customer service skills. They clearly don’t know what it is. Shocking service.

Feb 28, 2025 · Janka PWill say that the 2 ladies at the desk were helpful, but unfortunately doesn't solve my issue Ordered glasses was told 2 weeks for them to be in 4 weeks later they came in but the person who took my order input the numbers incorrectly so when I tried them on i couldn't see anything. Now i probably have to wait another 4 weeks to be able to see... Pretty disappointed to say the least. Would go elsewhere for your glasses.

But today, although I booked an appointment online, the gal said I wasn't on the schedule for that store. So I asked "can you take a walk in?" & she said no. It was only 2:45 pm yet they wouldn't take us

There was a nice selection of glasses. The associate was helpful without being overbearing. I ended up with contacts and new glasses for under $300. (After applying insurance and their 50% off promotion)
