The NP and the Dr were both very professional and caring. They cared enough to understand the reason for me going in for an exam rather than it just being because of needing an annual exam. They were funny and personable. The woman who both helped me check in and who helped me order my glasses was also wonderful, and helped me to better understand my own coverage so I knew more or less what to expect to pay. Overall a great experience.

Feb 12, 2025 · Cori GrassoFrom the moment we walked in, we got special care. It helped us decide what type frames would look great on us. We asked a couple questions and we picked a beautiful frame quickly. The doctor took us in fast and was able to get to myself and my husband, she was very, very good. She spent a lot of time on our personal care for our eyes and explained every single thing she was doing. This is one of the best eye exams I’ve ever had. I have had the special exam done in an optometrist this was for glasses and I will use you again next year.

I am elderly and I was so impressed with her people skills and how much she knew that she could give me answers almost right away.- And you knew that she knew. She was the best ever in my mind. Almost exciting to get such good customer service at a local store
Dec 19, 2024 · sandra panmanThis place is so bad, it's just funny. They keep you on hold forever and multiple times to answer simple questions. I was on the phone just now with Jordan bc my prescription makes me dizzy. They wanted to charge me $25 to check the glasses because it's been over 30days.....????? As I was questioning the fee, she put the call on hold without letting me know. I was talking to myself. This happened just now, but I've been to this place 2-3 times.. The first time I was 3min late, the guy at the front was talking to a coworker and came to check me in after a few minutes.. He said they could not take me bc the grace period was only 5min.....??? At that point, it was like 8min after my appointment time... When I had to go back, I was running 10min late. I called in advanced bc of what I just described and they said it was ok, that they could see me. Once I got there, I got turned away 🙂. The manager, Melissa, called me to apologize and asked me to go back. I never did and I would have never even called this place again, but bc I got the wrong prescription, I had to, but even on the phone this people manage to give a terrible customer service.
