She anticipated all of the possible problems I was going to run into, and gave me solutions. My wife, daughter and son all receive optical services from Vistasite at 4204 Broadway. Great service!

I have insurance they told me my insurance will not cover my prescription lenses only the frame and charged me $200 for the poly carbonate lenses. They kept calling to schedule my yearly follow up and something told me don’t go back there. So I decided to go to (America’s best) and there, I received a free Comprehensive exam by a wonderful doctor and got two pairs of beautiful glasses with poly carbonate lenses for $125. Vista was charging me $200 for one pair. When all of this time I’ve could’ve been going to America’s best and getting two Pair for $125.

I don't remember my Doctor's name (sorry doc, but I hate visiting the eye doctor so my mind was focused on getting in and out as fast as possible), but he was great and made me feel more comfortable during the appointment. I would definitely request another appointment with him. As for the staff at the counter, they were so helpful and efficient. Marisol was great at explaining the cost, what insurance covered, and wanted to get you the best deal. Even though it was a tiny shop/office it was probably one of the best optometrist office I've been to. Thanks to everyone there!

The youngish Optometrist who has been in the field for two years and trained in Puerto Rico was thorough, and very friendly. No problems there. Although the young woman upfront knew that I was there for a simple prescription as I said when making the appointment. She tried to put my visit into my medical insurance with a $40. copay. She didn't seem too happy when I told her that there was no copay for the service. And that I have a ophthalmologist. After my very good exam by the Doctor I asked the front person for my PD (Pupillary Distance). She said we only do that if I'm buying glasses which I wasn't. I'm a PhD health care provider. I know the rules. And told her so. She relented and did give me my PD. Instead of walking out happily. I was annoyed and will not return.
