Dr. Vladimir is amazing. He takes extra time to tend to your questions. His staff is very wonderful and friendly as well. I have been going back for years and am very happy. Thank you all!

Initially, I went to this doctor for a stye and gave them a 5-star review. They were very nice and the doctor was also very kind. The stye wasn't severe at first, but unfortunately, the prescribed drops seemed to worsen it. When I called back to schedule an urgent follow-up appointment, they informed me that insurance could only be used once every two years and refused to see me.

If you are black or hispanic do not come to this place, just came out of there having a terrible experience. I asked to see some cartier sunglasses that I wanted to buy with benefits card that i get from my employer I saved for over a year. So when I showed her the card she started shaking then she went to the back once she came back she asked for my id, gave it to her and then she started to make excuses of why she couldnt sell it to me. She treated me as if I was committing some type of fraud she was polite about it but still made me feel terrible. Don’t ever come here

I am not one that normally writes reviews. The doctor was very nice and explained things clearly to me. The staff was also friendly and helpful, but after I had selected my frames, I was overwhelmed and bombarded with very pricey and limited options for lenses. The woman helping me knew I was tired and overwhelmed at the prices, but I was not given an option of thinking about it and had to make my decision then and there. There were people coming to the desk constantly and interrupting, which also made the process hard to follow. When I went home I realized what I had agreed to, I called back first thing in the morning to see if I could cancel or at least make changes. The sales lady was certainly not as friendly and said the order (I was there 4:30pm the previous day) could not be changed in any way as it was already in progress and that everything was explained to me. I find it hard to believe that nothing could be done to help me out. Lenses can't be made overnight, especially if I am waiting a week. I was convinced to spend just less than $1000. The patient care went out the window once money was had. I accept my responsibility, and as I said my 3 stars is not for the doctor, it was for the overwhelming sales experience and I feel sorry for people who may not be prepared for that and have little money to cover the exorbitant prices. I just want others to be prepared.

Excellent experience with the doctor and his thorough yet time-sensitive exam, and with the expert who helped me with choosing the frames and with other details. My experience with the receptionist was just so-so. I would have liked a warmer welcome and a brief overview of what was going to transpire before she sent me to a technician. I’m looking forward to getting the new glasses when they’re ready!
