Warby Parker Lexington Ave.

There’s a very good reason why Warby Parker eye glass stores are opening all over Manhattan, they really provide excellent customer service!! I bought a pair of sunglasses in one of their stores on the upper west side a few months ago and think it was one of my smartest decisions! However over the last few weeks, I noticed that they needed an adjustment and happened to walk into their upper east side store on Lexington Avenue. Ant, short for Anthony, was incredibly helpful. He spent a great deal of time analyzing my glasses and after removing the lenses, completely readjusted my eye glass frame. Ant’s professionalism really impressed me! He also explained to me that every store has some unique feature to make it extra special for their customers. For example the store on Lexington has a photo booth where you can get free pictures! I insisted that Ant join me for a memorable photo! I’m planning to return with my grandson, the next time he’s visiting!

I had an issue with an older pair of Warby Parker sunglasses; they no longer stock a screw to fix my glasses. After going to 2 different locations and numerous calls and emails to corporate, I was told to go to the Lexington Ave store. When I walked in the staff greeted me with a smile and directed me to Irma, an optician. Within 10 minutes she found a suitable screw to repair my glasses. Thank you so much. Grateful for your understanding and patience to resolve my issue. You are an asset to the company

I am so glad I went to Warby Parker Lexington Ave. I was welcome immediately. I also arrived earlier and the team was able to see me sooner which I greatly appreciated. Elizabeth and Allie helped me with picking glasses and the purchasing process. They're both really helpful and friendly. Dr. Huang was amazing as well. She immediately made me feel comfortable and explained every test in detail. Thank you to this team for providing a great environment.

Beautiful location - friendly, hip and knowledgable staff. Very cool frames and a great price. This was my first time getting an eye exam for and picking out reading glasses and everyone from the staff to the doctor made the process seamless and pleasant. 10/10, no notes.

Had a great experience today with this location of Warby Parker today, but especially Irma! I came in with a pair of delicate wire glasses I had stepped on, and she fixed them up to be good as new within minutes— and it didn’t cost a thing. Really incredible to get something like this done so efficiently and quickly. Thanks Irma!
