After multiple times of putting in and out contact lenses, I decided to go for higher magnifying lenses to see the cellphone better than to see far better. Whatever her plan was, I have my own preference and I know which one is clearer to see. The doctor was upset because I didn't follow her recommendations and showed me her anger in front of my daughter. You have to stick to her prescription even though you are not comfortable with her exam results.

Dec 10, 2024 · TinaSuper Knowledgeable and Caring Optometrist. My daughter and I went in recently to get our annual checkup, both Dr. Ren and her staff were really nice. The office doesn't do much marketing so it's not crazy busy, easy to get an appt. Not sure about the negative reviews, vision insurance can be tricky, sometimes we think something should be covered but it isn't. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ren. We highly recommend Dr. Ren, I trust her with my family's eyes.

Oct 07, 2024 · Qi JiangI only go here because it's close and easy to get an appointment. Have been a patient for years. We have had eye exams and purchased glasses here. They no longer carry the glasses I purchased last year so had to order them online..when I called the office to ask for some dimensions from last year , the office would not provide them since I was not ordering them directly from this establishment..I explained I would order them if they were available, but the staff didn't seem to care. Being a loyal patron here doesn't seem to matter. Will not be coming back.
Dec 09, 2023 · Shelini ParikhOnly good thing about the place is the friendly young girl receptionist. She handles all queries about the glasses & charges. As for Dr Ren.... She not at all friendly, reluctantly answers questions and does not explain the procedures very well. I went there thinking I would get a comprehensive eye checkup, but she did very few tests. Imaging is extra whereas other places include it with comprehensive. What you will get instead is a basic checkup that Pearl or Lens crafters can do with more professionalism.
