I've been going to this family owned business for years. It's always a positive experience. I recently had new lenses made for a 20+ Year old eyeglass frame and they not only did what I paid them for, the lenses, but fixed the frame so it sits tightly on my face again without me asking them. That's only the kind of service you get from a family owned and operated business. I'll continue to use them for all my eye needs.

Their staff are highly skilled and professional as well as warm, friendly, and patient. Even now that I have moved from Staten Island, I still come back because they alway make my annual eye exam/glasses fitting an enjoyable experience!

Wow what a great experience here on Staten Island.I would suggest going here for anyone with eye care needs. The employees were super knowledgeable and are licensed optometrists waiting to help you. My family members have been going here for years and now i know why. They are much different then every where else i walked into. Just want to thank them again.

I just returned from my first visit to Williams Eye Works and I could not be happier about my experience. The staff was professional, friendly, diligent, and their expertise was obvious. I am very picky about things like glasses but they managed to accommodate me beyond what I would have imagined. Special thanks to Ryan, who was extremely patient and informative. Hi. May I tell you something about this establishment? Extraordinary. Family business that makes you feel at home. Will do almost anything to make you the customer 100% pleased with your purchase.
