GoncalvesThe front desk lady is a thief, I ordered a frame for my prescription from the store and the lady charged me $400 for a $70 dollars frame, i called them some other time and told them the price should be $280 and I requested to talk to the lady and they said she will call me back she didn't call back until I went back there to pick up the frame and she said she made a mistake with the charges the last time that the frame price is $280, same price I called to them on phone, after getting home I checked the price of the frame online with the model and i realized the frame was so cheap, it's $70 everywhere. Know the price of your product before going there, they will inflate the price of all their frame for you. They don't have a fixed price and the frames does not look new. I am never recommending or going back there.
