I recently had an eyewear shopping experience at Wise, and I was truly impressed by the quality. I've been wearing glasses for years, but I’ve never received such clear and informative service. Marcelo and Helena assisted me, and they provided so much valuable information about my glasses and lens options, more than I had ever received before. I will definitely return to update my prescription every year with them, and I highly recommend Wise to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to get their glasses.

It was my first time needing glasses so they went above and beyond to help me with picking a new frame based on my facial features. It was easy and I feel beautiful with my new glasses. The front desk lady is a thief, I ordered a frame for my prescription from the store and the lady charged me $400 for a $70 dollars frame, i called them some other time and told them the price should be $280 and I requested to talk to the lady and they said she will call me back she didn't call back until I went back there to pick up the frame and she said she made a mistake with the charges the last time that the frame price is $280, same price I called to them on phone, after getting home I checked the price of the frame online with the model and i realized the frame was so cheap, it's $70 everywhere. Know the price of your product before going there, they will inflate the price of all their frame for you. They don't have a fixed price and the frames does not look new. I am never recommending or going back there.
