If I can give it, no stars I would! This place should be called America’s worst eyeglasses!! I got a pair of eyeglasses there. They were very faded. Had to return them. They would not return my money back because I was a day or two late. I will never go back there. If you Care about your eyesight I would not go there if I were you be careful where you go advertisements mean nothing. To get rechecked out-of-pocket was too much money $400 there. I went to a different eye doctor. I paid $99 and are the best quality, and very clear. This place is unbelievable. It’s a rip off on top of everything else.! PS customer service very rude. Don’t be fooled people nowadays don’t have money like that. Very unhappy and very dissatisfied customer. Honestly, they should be closed down.

I scheduled an appointment with her and told me that my insurance benefits are not active. Of course I called my employer and insurance company and told me that my insurance is good. Couple days later I called to tell that front desk lady that my insurance is good. Still she said its not, but now she has an attitude. Asked me if I still want to keep my appointment I said just cancel it since they keep saying my insurance is not good. Booked at a different eye doctor, my appointment was done within a minute and told me my insurance is active. Now, America’s Best calls me wanting to confirm an appointment that I already canceled, told me that my insurance was never not active. I guess that front desk lady is just no help at all, and has an attitude problem. But the other staff who called me to confirm my appointment Christiana I believe is her name, she’swas really nice about it.

I’ve been using glasses for a long time and used to get them at a different office, who were not very helpful and would care less whether you can see or not. I just got my glasses 2 weeks ago and honestly it is the first time that I can see clearly and feel comfortable. I might have to go back just because they are a little loose on my face, but the prescription part which is what’s important is on point. Definitely would recommend!
