This place is perfect. I was greeted by Patricia and she was caring and helped me with options on my glasses. The exams and glasses took only 45 minutes and everyone was so kind! I recommend this place to anyone.

Mar 15, 2025 · mark vicenteUnfriendly receptionist The girl at the front desk was the most unhelpful rude person, I've ever encountered. I called ahead of time to let them know I was running late and they informed me it was fine as long as I wasn't more then 10min late. My appointment was at 5:50 and I made it at 6:00 ON THE DOT. The receptionist said the doctor was gone and I was past the grace period. I asked her what time it was and first she said 6:00 and then she looked again and said 6:01. I know I made it at 6:00 but it just seemed she had no intention of letting me keep my appointment. I have been a customer of America's best for several years and have never had this experience. I've been to the Clifton and Wayne stores and they were very kind. But the West Orange store disappointed me completely. Horrible customer services.
Jan 27, 2025 · Carolina BermeoI've been a AB customer for a few years, this was my first time at the West Orange office. i was pleasantly pleased at the friendliness of the entire staff.( im so hard to please lol) not only did the person i spoke to initially to make the appointment tell me they accepted my insurance ( when the clifton office said they didn't) to the ladies who were engaging with me on my choices of frames, sometimes we need others opinions. thank you one and all for a wonderful experience!

We called and asked about availability for a walk in medical, and they mentioned the Dr was about to leave but would ask the Dr. the Dr stayed back for US to check my husband out. Super sweet staff and service, you don’t find extraordinary service like that now! Thank you!!
