Top tier Customer Service is VERY HARD to come by. However, after my last visit to America's Best, everyone from the front helpdesk, to assisting me in my eye exam process, to picking out my glasses, to picking up my glasses. Everyone was nice, professional, and friendly. I have my two pair of glasses and a smile on my face knowing that great customer service is alive and well at the Riverdale BX America's Best on W 225th Street. Mar 27, 2025 · INF! of HCMAfter next Friday I will NOT BE coming to this location again?! This is the longest I have ever had to wait to get contacts? I have been wearing contacts for years! Last August he gave me wrong prescription! And I told him I was there for multifocal contacts! He then says when I call I have to make an appointment to get a prescription for contacts?! Then finally after two weeks I get called the “sample” pair have arrived? Lucky I called before showing up? Now I can’t go and just pick them up the sample pair, I have to make another appointment to go “try them on” so the eye doctor can “see” me with them on? I have been wearing contacts for years I know how they go on and they go on your damn eyeball! At this point they can keep the sample pair I will be going to another location to get proper service no run around.

Luckily Milly was there to assist and she was very nice and patient with me. At the end I found a pair I liked and was happy with the outcome. I would definitely go back!
Oct 25, 2024 · MR. INCREDIBLE34My 14 year-old son came to learn how to put on, remove and take care of his new contacts and Remy, who helped him, had the patience of a saint. She watched him try and fail more than a dozen times, and each time she gave him calm advice on how to correct his approach. She made him feel comfortable and competent and praised him when he finally got it. I wish she were his Teacher! Highly recommend America's best. Everyone is kind and professional, and have never waited longer than 10 minutes.

Again they could not verify my insurance so she canceled my appt right away. I decided to go with the special and not use insurance. I was told to have a set at the table. The young worker sat and act like I was not there, I said good morning to her. She began speaking Spanish to her coworker. Very unprofessional, very ghetto. I left made an appt at Central Ave. EXCELLENT 100% service. Eventhough, she was alone she made every feel welcome and apologized for the delay.
