Had an excellent experience at Dr. Gurdak's office. Was promptly seen at appointment time and staff took proper covid/safety precautions, taking temperature at check in, wearing masks. Dr. Gudark was pleasant to deal with and performed a routine eye exam and explained diagnosis clearly. The staff, Maddy, Daniel, Brandon and Arianna were friendly and attentive. Arianna, the frame stylist was a great help with frame selection. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Gurdak.

I had planned to get my prescription from him to purchase my contacts online somewhere. When I told him this, he had told me that it was illegal for him to give me the prescription. I told him that my wife was a journalist and after that, he then rushed off to print and sign my prescription sheet. He also gives off creepy vibes. Would not recommend.
