Cheaper Peepers

Love this place everyone is patient. The service is awesome from the time you walk in the door. The Dr. is so patient she doesn't rush you she takes her time and explain everything. All the guys just amazingly professional. Shout out to whom I Joe been with him for 4yrs, newly met Chis he was awesome and the other tall gentlemen, I couldn't get his name but he was so very helpful and pleasant. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to cheaper peepers in Valley Stream since they first opened years ago by the green acres mall. They have moved to sunrise highway in Valley Stream. There service is impeccable, they are courteous, patient, & they get the job done. Joe is one of the nicest people i have ever met. I highly recommend them for your optical needs.

My son and I recently went to this location since the location we use to go to was closed down or moved. Although this is a Lil bit further it was well worth the trip. From the initial phone call with Chris to meeting him in person, it all went great! He is so professional, friendly, and courteous. Great customer service for sure. He explained everything to us from the style of frames to the different kinds of lenses and how they work. On our second trip back to pick up our glasses, we had the pleasure of meeting Joe. Again from the phone call of letting us know our glasses were ready to up to the meetup everything went great. He was very professional, attentive, and patient with us as we modeled our glasses and made sure they fit properly and could see out of them well. We were very happy with them. He assured us if there were any problems, we were more than welcome to return and they will fix it. We are very happy with our purchases and their service that we will be returning for all of our frames and lenses needs. We highly recommend this location!

I had a wonderful experience at the Cheaper Peepers location at 100 Sunrise hwy in Valley Stream. Joe is awesome and very friendly and accommodating. He was very patient and informative while helping me choose my frames. I highly recommended this location.

I’ve spent soo much money here . Chris is great however new African American guy in there with a Mohawk needs to be replaced . I’ve been a customer here for 5 plus years and have no problem working with Chris . This new guy is forcing me to have a contact exam and I am fine with my prescription and always come here to order my contacts . Thanks to this employee you just lost a life long customer ! Never will be visiting again .
