I walked in to just see if I can tighten the legs of my glasses with no money to fix them at the moment just asked a simple question. Scott was so kind, wanted to help me and helped fixed the legs on my glasses free of charge. So sweet so nice and hospitable and tons of hospitality. When you’re in the kings plaza visit them.. you’ll always leave with a smile.

I had such great help from the people there even though so many others were there.Bella was great and very patient while I chose the glasses that fit me best. She truly took the time to make me feel heard and seen. Very sweet. Dr ho was professional and got me in and out, with results just how I like it

Cohen Optical is the best! The service was warm and friendly, especially the sells representative Suni which helped me and my mom through the whole process from beginning to end. If you ever need to go there ask for her and the gentleman who measures the glasses on your face was definitely very friendly. He even went the extra mile to give us roses due to it being national women’s day on the day we received service.

My customer service experience at this Cohen's location was made pleasant and memorable by one of the staff members named Chris. He took the time to assist me and answer all of my questions, even though the store was in the process of closing for the evening. He did not rush, and he made me feel like my business was appreciated. For that, I am grateful. Chris is a valuable asset to this location and made me feel like my money was well spent.
