My family had a very bad experience with Dr Pan regarding my mom's cataract surgery. Post-operatively my mom's result was not optimal. The operated eye was partially blurry. She didn't want to address any concerns or questions. She just brushes off everything and can't be bothered to reassure or answer your questions. If everything is fine then great but if not, she doesn't want to talk about it. She said the patient doesn't know what's going on so she doesn't believe that part of my mom's operated eye's vision is blurry. Her staff is great, but Dr Pam does not give a damn about the patient. The surgery is expensive. You would think the patient and the family are entitled to better treatment. I am very dissatisfied with the service Dr. Pan provided. You are better off going to someone else who will care.

Oct 25, 2023 · Amber Nhu LyThe front desk clerk was kind, but the wait times are ridiculous and stereotypical of a bad doctor's office. I called to make an appointment for 10:45 a.m., specifically asking if it would start on time, and the person who answered the phone said it would. What do you know, I got there right on time but waited until 12 p.m. and still didn't get called up. I had another matter in the afternoon, so I had to leave without getting checked. Really, how hard is it to not take more clients than you can promise an appointment time and have it drag out for longer than an hour? You're going to make clients wait an entire morning with no regard for their time just to check if their eyes are healthy?

May 28, 2024 · Elizabeth CurcioDr Pan has an extremely rough bedside manner and seems to be overall detached from her patients. Doesn't speak to you during the exam except to tell you how to place your head and is very mechanical in her gestures. I will say that her staff is lovely to interact with. I just wish that Dr Pan would be more empathetic towards patients. Will not be back since I've found an amazing eye doctor who actually cares for their patients.
Mar 17, 2023 · Macha FrancoI decided to take my mom here for an eye injury she experienced. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and the other ladies as well, they did an amazing job. I wish I could say the same for Dr.Pan. She asked what brought us in and we explained so she examined my mom's eye for less than a minute and said "nothing is wrong. She doesn't need any testing because nothing is wrong. Just give it a couple weeks she will be fine. There was no reason for this." I then asked her why my mom has been experiencing headaches since her eye injury, and she rudely said "nope not because of this. That's from something else." After this response I told her I would like her to note that she will not be requesting further testing to which she let out a big sigh for. NEVER GOING BACK!
