Both receptionists are casually rude - answering people in abrupt fashion. Their craftwork is also terrible, never reached the precision required in lens cutout/fitting to the frame. No point to ever try them again!

They were belittling when I tried to ask about pricing and my insurance, and just expected me to tap my card at the large sum presented. I had to ask specifically for an itemised invoice three times and they took well over a month to simply change out my glasses’ lenses. I called to ask what was taking so long and they claimed they’d messaged me they were ready - they most definitely did not, I checked. I will not go there again and I recommend you do the same!

There's been a huge glitch in Healthfirst's system which was giving and/error message. I called and checked everything out and I was told to have whoever tried to run the insurance try again. This office was one of 3 places I had running the insurance at the time. When someone from this office called me about this, I explained everything to her and tried to troubleshoot with her to resolve this issue. She was still having issues (understandable in some instances), one being they had the wrong D.O.B on file. As we continued, she became frustrated cutting me off while I was speaking, raising her voice and was unable to proactively assist me. As I noticed this I asked "how can we work together to resolve this? How would you like to proceed?" she was unable and/or unwilling to assist me. The issue was not resolved, she was more interested in proving a point (when she didn't need to) than actually being productive. I wonder if all customers get treated this way when things don't go as smoothly as we all would like them to.
