I AM CHANGING PLACES TO COME TO THIS LENSCRAFTERS. I used to use Visionworks but they ordered the incorrect lenses for the second time so i thought i would give Lencrafters a try, I spoke to Peter who is the manager to see if they could get sunglasses with progressive by Monday and he was awesome. He not only helped picked out the frames but made sure they were the ones he could do quickly. They had tons of frames which made it nice. DEFINITELY GO SEE THESE FOLKS IT IS WORTH IT. We were in and out in 15 min.

First trip: I went to this location to purchase lenses only. I paid for an exam and lenses. Second trip: When I returned to have my lenses installed in my frames, they broke my frames. I had no choice but to leave with a loaner glasses that did not fit my face. As they were the only ones that fit the lenses I had just purchased. They said choose new frames at no cost but I would have to wait for new lenses to fit them. I did not have time so I had to return to do so. Third Trip: I returned and chose frames. I needed to wait for them to arrive Fourth trip: During the two week wait I had to return to have them adjusted as they were falling off of my head. Fifth trip: I return to pick up the frames that I wasn't happy with with my new lenses. Upon arriving home and looking closely in the mirror I realized that the lenses did not actually fit into the frames. I called her and I was told they would need to look at them. Sixth trip: When I went to the store I was informed that that's the way they should be. But they could order me lenses that would fit my frames at additional cost of $110. I wanted like this store but after six round trips of 20 minutes in each direction(4 hours driving, plus wearing non fitting glasses for two weeks ON VACATION, plus waiting in store, plus being told my final lenses were fine but more money would get me what I paid for in the first place) I WAS DONE! I'd rather spend more somewhere else, write this review, and move on.

The staff at this store are absolutely outstanding. They exude confidence are crude in our extremely ambiguous towards their field of work and deliver outstanding customer service. Will always recommend them and love their customer service. The store manager was outstanding. Thank you again for your for your service we definitely recommend you guys. Your client Magda a.

Great place! Eye Doctor is pleasant to work with and my Lenscrafters Sales rep Nicole was very patient and gave me her full attention until the end of the process and getting the right frame for me!
