I did not see the doctor I was scheduled with ( family emergency?) but the doctor I did see was very patient, answered all my questions and gave me various options for my treatment and moving forward. The front end staff is very efficient and pleasant .

Highly recommend Omni Eye Services. Only down side was the long wait to have the necessary surgery. Not to worry as their team will work with you to locate other locations to address your needs. I didn't have that luxury as I was relying on someone else to drive me to the appointment and needed to keep the original location (Parsippany). An overall positive experience once I got to the chair!

Her bedside manner was STUPENDOUS. She was very thorough in completing her job. Dr. Win was very thorough in her explanation and exam, as well. I was so pleased with my appointment that I made one for my husband too! GREAT JOB, Omni Eye Care. See up on follow-up
Mar 01, 2025 · Sharyn DavisHi, my experience at Omni Eye Services Parsippany it was okay, just because it took me too long to got out of there, I was there from 11:15 AM to 1:50 PM that my daughter keept callen and asking me why it's taking you so long, she was waiting for me in parking lot.
