Feb 05, 2025 · Holly KupershmitThe staff and ophthalmology assistant are great but the one star is for Dr. Mori. To schedule the appointment I had to wait several months only to be rushed by the doctor. Didn't look at the assistant notes as she asked the same questions. Then checked my son's eyes only to tell me his farsightedness doesn't exist because his eye muscles look good. I asked for an assessment but she couldn't do it because they already gave him drops (I told them this issue before drops being applied). Then said she'll check it at the next follow up in ONE YEAR. How can she prescribe my son glasses for nearsightedness and completely neglect his farsightedness? Doesn't she have a moral duty to check this? I wouldn't mind coming back after the drops wore off. I can accept mistakes, we're all human, but the indifference is what troubles me.
Nov 01, 2024 · Alex SalasI recently visited with my 7-year-old son for his first eye exam, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the pediatric ophthalmologist and staff were incredibly welcoming and patient. My son was quite anxious about seeing an eye doctor for the first time, but the provider immediately put him at ease. She treated him with so much respect, explained everything in a way that was age-appropriate, and made the entire experience fun and comfortable for him. His fear disappeared within minutes! I’m so grateful for the care and attention they provided. I highly recommend it for any parent looking for a great eye care experience for their child.
