There was little to no wait for my appointment, the doctor was great, very knowledgeable and professional…. answered all of my questions. Getting my glasses was also a great experience. She was so kind and transparent about the costs. I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything like other places I’ve been. I was offered a bundle and it was the best decision. I absolutely love my glasses. They fit great and I see great! I’m very happy with my experience. Thank you all. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. The office is incredibly innovative and state-of-the-art, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and makes you feel right at home. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable and take their time during exams, making sure every detail is covered. You can really see their passion for patient care. Dr. Jiyun, in particular, has recommended products that have made a huge difference for my dry and itchy eyes — and I’m so grateful for that! We also have to give a big shoutout to Laurence in the optical department. She’s honest, has a great eye for style, and always helps us find the perfect pair of glasses. We feel incredibly blessed to have found such a wonderful team. Highly recommend Sylvan Family Eyecare to anyone looking for top-notch vision care in a caring environment!

Dr. Jiyun Wong was very professional, and she took her time with each eye test and gave thorough explanations on how my eyes were doing in a way that I could understand. The staff were also very pleasant and warm throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend Sylvan Family Eyecare.

Dr Wong is very thorough and personal. The optical lab is informative, low pressure and well stocked with cost friendly frame options. Laurence is a pure gem to work with.
